This 1920s cottage has been restored with modern comforts. The original architecture was preserved while adding central heating and air, modern appliances, comfortable furnishings and great wifi. There is plenty of space outside to play and a firepit for enjoying s'mores. Local attractions include Mystic Hot Springs, Monroe Mountain, Fremont Indian State Park, and mini golf.
Stay in comfort while exploring southern Utah's National Parks, the mountain bike trail system, and ATV trails.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
